About the SGB Treatment Center

Founded in Annapolis, Maryland. Dedicated to compassionate care, published research, and training the next generation of physicians.

Our Mission

The SGB Treatment Center aims to serve as a leading expert in applying stellate ganglion block variants for PTSD, anxiety, traumatic brain injury, and emerging treatments. We provide compassionate care, publish ongoing research, train military physicians, and advocate nationally for PTSD patients.

We treat trauma including combat-related incidents, sexual abuse, domestic violence, childhood abuse, first responder trauma, and life-threatening events. Our care extends well beyond the procedure itself — with long-term follow-up and coordination with behavioral health professionals.

The SGB Treatment Center is located in Annapolis, Maryland, in partnership with Regenerative Orthopedics and Sports Medicine (ROSM).
